Magency is a public live community platform where users can create and join groups, discover public communities, go live, chat, share updates, view live recaps, send gifts, support creators and use wallet features. Because Magency includes public groups, private groups, user-generated content, live streaming, direct messages, payments, coins, creator earnings and safety features, we process personal information to operate the Service, protect users, prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity and comply with legal obligations.

3. Adults only, 18+

Magency is intended for adults only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Magency.

However, private groups are not guaranteed to be completely confidential, and we may review or disclose private group information where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, law enforcement, user reports, payment investigation or enforcement of our Terms.

When you schedule, host, join, watch or participate in a live session, we may collect:

Private groups are intended for restricted access. Other members of the private group may see your profile, messages, updates, live participation and activity inside that group.

Private groups are not completely outside Magency’s control. We may access or review private group content when needed for safety, moderation, reports, fraud prevention, legal compliance or enforcement.

9.3 Messages and chats

People you message may see your messages, username, profile photo and other relevant account information.

Other users may copy, screenshot, record or share content outside Magency without our permission. You should be careful when sharing personal or sensitive information.

10. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information.

Some group updates may have public or members-only visibility. You should check visibility before posting.

15.4 Notifications

You can manage some notification settings in the app or through your device settings. Notification categories may include messages, replies, group messages, live sessions, community activity, announcements, income, withdrawals and daily digests.

15.5 Blocking and safety controls

You may be able to block users, report content, report accounts, use privacy settings or message filters, depending on the features available.

Magency is designed to help users build communities, go live, chat, share updates, support creators and discover public groups.

How to delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your Magency account directly from the mobile app. This removes your account, linked sign-in methods, active sessions, profile, messages, and related account data.

  1. Open the Magency app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to your Profile screen.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. In the Support section, tap Delete Account.
  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
  6. Enter your current password if you use email and password sign-in. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, leave the password field blank.
  7. Tap Delete My Account, then confirm Delete Account.

If the app asks for email verification, check your email and follow the verification link to finish deletion. If your session has expired, sign out and sign back in before trying again. You can also request help by emailing contact@magency.co.uk.
