Terms of Use.

Terms that govern access to and use of Magency.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Magency, including the Magency mobile applications, website, live streaming features, groups, public discovery features, chat, messages, updates, wallet, coins, gifts, subscriptions, creator income features and related services (together, the “Service”).

In these Terms, “Magency”, “we”, “us” and “our” means GALAXYWAY AI LTD. “You” and “your” means the person accessing or using the Service.

By creating an account, accessing Magency, joining a group, creating a group, going live, posting content, sending messages, purchasing coins, sending gifts, receiving gifts, requesting withdrawals, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Magency.

1. Important safety notice

Magency is a public community and live engagement platform. Users can create groups, join public groups, participate in live sessions, send messages, share updates, interact with other users, and support creators with coins, gifts, tips, subscriptions or other paid features.

Because Magency includes public groups, live streaming, chat, user-generated content and monetisation features, we take safety seriously.

You must not use Magency for illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, sexual, violent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, non-consensual, underage-related or unsafe activity.

You must report suspicious, harmful or illegal activity when you become aware of it.

We reserve the right to review activity, content, messages, live sessions, groups, profiles, transactions and wallet activity where we believe it is necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, enforcement of these Terms, or protection of Magency, users or the public.

If we believe that you have used Magency for illegal activity, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your account, remove your content, block access to groups or features, withhold or cancel payments, freeze or refuse withdrawals, report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and take any other action we consider necessary.

2. Age requirement, adults only

Magency is for adults only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Magency.

By using Magency, you confirm that:

You are 18 years old or older.

You have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You will not allow anyone under 18 to use your account.

You will not create, share, request, promote, discuss, organise or distribute content involving children, underage people or minors in any sexual, exploitative, abusive, unsafe, inappropriate or unlawful way.

We may ask for information to confirm your age or identity. If we believe that you are under 18, or that you are allowing someone under 18 to use your account, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately.

3. What Magency is

Magency is a live community app that allows users to:

Create and join public or private groups.

Discover public communities, creators and live sessions.

Chat with group members.

Send direct messages where available.

Post group updates, announcements, images and recaps.

Schedule and host live sessions.

Watch live sessions and participate in real-time engagement.

Send and receive coins, gifts, tips or other forms of creator support.

Track creator earnings, wallet activity, transactions and withdrawal requests where eligible.

Magency is not a bank, payment institution, investment platform, gambling platform, employment platform, dating platform, escort platform, adult entertainment platform, marketplace for illegal goods, or emergency service.

You must not use Magency for any purpose that is unlawful, unsafe, exploitative, fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Your account

To use certain parts of Magency, you must create an account. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login details secure.

All activity that happens under your account.

Making sure your email address remains valid.

Not allowing another person to use your account.

Not selling, renting, transferring or sharing your account.

Immediately informing us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account.

We may refuse account registration, require email verification, require additional checks, limit features, or suspend access if we believe it is necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety or compliance.

5. Public groups and private groups

Magency allows users to create or join groups.

5.1 Public groups

Public groups may be discoverable by other users. Public groups may appear in search, Discover, recommendations, public areas, group listings, live areas, creator areas, and other public or semi-public areas of the Service.

If you create, join, post in, stream in, comment in, or interact with a public group, you understand that your activity may be visible to other users.

5.2 Private groups

Private groups are intended to be less visible than public groups and may require an invitation link or other access method. However, private groups are not a guarantee of complete secrecy or confidentiality.

We may still access, review, investigate, preserve, disclose or remove private group content where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, law enforcement requests, user reports, platform security, or enforcement of these Terms.

5.3 Group owner responsibilities

If you create or manage a group, you are responsible for helping keep that group safe. You must not allow, encourage or ignore illegal, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent or harmful activity in your group.

Group owners must:

Set a clear and lawful purpose for the group.

Choose public or private visibility responsibly.

Moderate group activity where possible.

Report illegal, suspicious or harmful activity.

Not use the group to coordinate unlawful conduct.

Not use the group to mislead, scam, exploit or pressure members.

Not allow underage, sexual, exploitative, fraudulent or criminal activity.

We may remove, restrict or delete any group at any time if we believe it may breach these Terms or create risk for Magency, users or the public.

6. User content

“User Content” means any content created, uploaded, shared, posted, streamed, transmitted, displayed or sent by users through Magency, including:

Live video.

Live audio.

Chat messages.

Direct messages.

Group posts.

Updates.

Comments.

Images.

Profile information.

Group names, group descriptions and group images.

Live session titles and descriptions.

Recaps.

Links.

Any other material submitted through the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

You confirm that:

You own your User Content or have all rights and permissions needed to share it.

Your User Content does not breach any law or third-party rights.

Your User Content does not contain illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent or prohibited material.

Your User Content does not include another person’s image, voice, identity, private information or personal data without proper permission where permission is required.

Your User Content does not involve children or underage persons in any unsafe, sexual, exploitative, abusive or unlawful way.

We do not endorse User Content. We are not responsible for User Content posted by users, but we reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, restrict or report it.

7. Licence you give Magency

When you upload, post, stream, send or share User Content on Magency, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, publish, distribute, adapt, moderate, remove, review and use that User Content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, promote, protect and enforce the Service.

This licence allows us to:

Display your content to users according to your chosen settings.

Stream your live content to viewers.

Store content and related data for operational, safety or legal purposes.

Create previews, thumbnails, recaps or technical copies.

Review and moderate content.

Investigate reports and suspected breaches.

Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.

You remain the owner of your content, subject to the rights you grant us and the rights of others.

8. Prohibited content and prohibited conduct

You must not use Magency to create, upload, share, stream, promote, organise, request, discuss, facilitate, fund, sell, buy, distribute, encourage or engage in any content or conduct listed below.

8.1 Illegal activity

You must not use Magency for any illegal activity, including:

Criminal activity.

Fraud.

Money laundering.

Terrorism or extremist activity.

Human trafficking.

Sexual exploitation.

Child exploitation.

Drug trafficking.

Weapon sales or weapon trafficking.

Stolen goods.

Identity theft.

Cybercrime.

Blackmail, extortion or threats.

Bribery or corruption.

Any activity that breaches applicable law.

8.2 Children, minors and underage people

Magency has zero tolerance for child exploitation or unsafe activity involving children or underage people.

You must not:

Share, request, create, possess, promote or distribute child sexual abuse material.

Sexualise children or underage people.

Groom, exploit, pressure, manipulate or contact minors for sexual or unsafe purposes.

Ask minors for images, videos, personal details, locations or private contact information.

Share images or videos of children without lawful authority and appropriate consent.

Create groups or live sessions designed to involve minors.

Pretend to be underage or encourage underage users to join Magency.

Discuss, promote or facilitate any illegal activity involving children.

Any suspected child exploitation, grooming, child sexual abuse material, or serious risk to a child may be reported to law enforcement, child protection organisations, regulators, app stores or other appropriate authorities.

8.3 Non-consensual images, videos and intimate content

You must not share, threaten to share, request, promote, distribute or create:

Intimate images or videos of any person without their consent.

Sexual images or videos of any person without their consent.

Hidden camera content.

Voyeuristic content.

Deepfake sexual content.

Revenge porn.

Private images or videos obtained without permission.

Images, audio or video designed to humiliate, expose, blackmail or exploit another person.

Content showing a person in a private setting without permission.

We may immediately remove this content, restrict or terminate accounts involved, preserve evidence, and report the matter to law enforcement where appropriate.

8.4 Scams, fraud and financial abuse

You must not use Magency for scams, fraud, deception or financial exploitation, including:

Fake investment schemes.

Fake giveaways.

Romance scams.

Crypto scams.

Pyramid schemes.

Ponzi schemes.

Fake charity appeals.

False emergency requests.

Impersonation scams.

Phishing.

Account takeover attempts.

Payment manipulation.

Fake creator earnings.

Artificial gift activity.

Chargeback abuse.

Withdrawal fraud.

Money laundering or attempts to convert illegal funds through gifts, coins or withdrawals.

We may freeze or withhold wallet balances, creator earnings, gifts, withdrawals or other payment-related features while we investigate suspected fraud, scams, chargebacks, illegal activity or breaches of these Terms.

8.5 Abuse, harassment and threats

You must not:

Harass, bully, intimidate or abuse others.

Threaten violence.

Encourage self-harm or suicide.

Target users with repeated unwanted contact.

Use hate speech.

Promote discrimination or violence against protected groups.

Dox or share private information.

Blackmail or extort users.

Shame, humiliate or degrade others.

Create groups designed to attack, mock or target a person or group.

8.6 Sexual services and adult exploitation

You must not use Magency to:

Sell, buy, arrange or promote sexual services.

Promote escort services or prostitution.

Share pornographic content.

Run adult live shows.

Solicit sexual content.

Offer paid sexual interaction.

Exploit, pressure or traffic any person.

Use gifts, tips, coins, groups, messages or lives for sexual transactions.

Magency is not an adult entertainment platform.

8.7 Violence, weapons and dangerous activity

You must not:

Threaten or promote violence.

Sell, buy or trade weapons.

Provide instructions for making weapons or explosives.

Promote terrorism or extremist violence.

Encourage dangerous challenges.

Encourage physical harm.

Livestream violent attacks or serious harm.

Celebrate real-world violence or suffering.

8.8 Drugs, controlled substances and illegal goods

You must not use Magency to:

Buy, sell, trade or promote illegal drugs.

Arrange drug transactions.

Sell controlled substances.

Promote misuse of prescription medication.

Sell counterfeit goods.

Sell stolen goods.

Sell illegal services.

Promote or coordinate any unlawful marketplace activity.

8.9 Intellectual property infringement

You must not upload, stream, share or perform content that infringes copyright, trade marks, music rights, image rights, performance rights, privacy rights or any other third-party rights.

This includes using music, videos, images, logos, clips, recordings, artwork or other protected material without permission.

We may remove infringing content and restrict repeat infringers.

8.10 Impersonation and misleading identity

You must not:

Pretend to be another person.

Impersonate a creator, public figure, company or organisation.

Mislead users about your identity.

Create fake official Magency accounts.

Misrepresent your relationship with Magency.

Use another person’s name, image, voice or brand without permission.

8.11 Platform manipulation

You must not:

Create fake accounts.

Use bots, scripts or automation without permission.

Manipulate gifts, coins, tips, subscriptions or earnings.

Artificially inflate engagement.

Evade bans or restrictions.

Interfere with the Service.

Scrape data.

Reverse engineer the app.

Attack, overload, hack or disrupt the Service.

Abuse reports or support systems.

9. Mandatory reporting by users

You must report suspicious, illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative or fraudulent activity that you see or reasonably suspect on Magency.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Child exploitation or underage activity.

Non-consensual intimate images or videos.

Threats or violence.

Scams or fraud.

Impersonation.

Sexual exploitation.

Human trafficking.

Terrorism or extremist activity.

Illegal goods or services.

Harassment or abuse.

Privacy violations.

Financial manipulation.

Any activity that appears unsafe or illegal.

You can report activity through in-app reporting tools where available or by contacting us at:

When reporting, provide as much detail as possible, including usernames, group names, live session names, dates, screenshots, transaction details, messages, links or any other relevant information.

Do not knowingly submit false reports. False, malicious or abusive reports may result in account restrictions.

10. Monitoring, moderation and investigations

We may monitor, review, moderate, scan, investigate, preserve or remove content, messages, groups, live sessions, profiles, wallet activity, transactions and account activity where we believe it is necessary.

This may include:

Reviewing public group content.

Reviewing private group content following reports or safety concerns.

Reviewing live sessions.

Reviewing chat messages and direct messages.

Reviewing profile information.

Reviewing group names, descriptions, images and updates.

Reviewing wallet activity, gifts, tips, coins, subscriptions, income and withdrawals.

Reviewing device, account, security and technical information.

Using automated systems, manual review, user reports or third-party tools.

Preserving records where required for safety, legal or compliance reasons.

We are not required to monitor all content before it appears on Magency. However, we reserve the right to take action whenever we become aware of content or conduct that may breach these Terms, our policies, user safety, legal obligations, app store rules, or the rights of others.

11. Enforcement actions

If we believe that you have breached these Terms, created risk, violated the law, abused the Service, harmed users, or misused monetisation features, we may take action with or without notice.

Actions may include:

Warning you.

Removing content.

Restricting content visibility.

Disabling comments or messages.

Restricting live streaming.

Restricting group creation.

Removing you from groups.

Removing or deleting groups.

Blocking access to wallet features.

Freezing coins, gifts, tips or earnings.

Holding or refusing withdrawals.

Cancelling creator income.

Reversing or clawing back payments where permitted by law.

Suspending your account.

Terminating your account.

Blocking devices or identifiers.

Reporting you to app stores, payment processors, regulators or law enforcement.

Taking legal action against you.

We may also restrict or terminate accounts that are associated with banned users, fraud networks, coordinated abuse, suspicious payment activity or illegal conduct.

12. Law enforcement and authority reporting

We may report illegal, suspicious or harmful activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities, regulators, child protection bodies, app stores, payment processors or other relevant organisations.

This may include sharing information such as:

Account details.

Profile information.

Usernames.

Email addresses.

Phone numbers where available.

IP addresses.

Device information.

Content.

Messages.

Live session data.

Group information.

Transaction records.

Wallet activity.

Reports and evidence.

Any other information we reasonably believe is relevant.

We may preserve information where we believe it may be needed for investigation, legal claims, safety, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance or law enforcement.

13. Coins, gifts, tips, subscriptions and creator income

Magency may allow users to purchase or receive in-app coins, credits, gifts, tips, subscriptions, paid access or other monetisation features.

13.1 Coins and credits

Coins or credits are in-app digital items used to support creators, send gifts, participate in certain features, or access certain functions where available.

Unless we clearly state otherwise:

Coins are not money.

Coins are not a bank deposit.

Coins are not electronic money.

Coins are not a financial product.

Coins do not earn interest.

Coins are not transferable outside Magency.

Coins cannot be exchanged for cash by ordinary users.

Coins may have no value outside the Service.

Coins may expire, be changed, be removed, or be restricted in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

13.2 Gifts and tips

When you send a gift or tip, you understand that it is a voluntary action to support a creator or host.

Gifts and tips may be final and non-refundable unless required by law or app store rules.

You must not use gifts, tips or coins for:

Fraud.

Money laundering.

Bribery.

Illegal payments.

Sexual services.

Gambling.

Scams.

Payment manipulation.

Harassment.

Any illegal or prohibited activity.

13.3 Creator income

Creators may be eligible to receive income from gifts, tips, subscriptions or paid access, subject to Magency’s rules, fees, eligibility checks, withdrawal thresholds, app store rules, payment processor rules, tax obligations and compliance reviews.

Creator income is not guaranteed.

We may delay, review, adjust, cancel, withhold or refuse creator earnings or withdrawals where we believe:

The activity breaches these Terms.

The activity may be illegal.

The activity may involve fraud.

The activity may involve scams.

The activity may involve chargebacks.

The activity may involve underage users.

The activity may involve sexual services or exploitation.

The activity may involve payment manipulation.

The creator has misled users.

The account is under investigation.

The payout details are inaccurate.

We are required to do so by law, app stores, payment processors or regulators.

13.4 Withdrawal review

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before approval. We may require identity, account, tax, payment, compliance or fraud checks before processing withdrawals.

We may refuse, delay or cancel withdrawal requests if:

We suspect illegal activity.

We suspect fraudulent activity.

We suspect artificial gifts, fake engagement or payment manipulation.

We suspect scams or user exploitation.

The account has breached these Terms.

The account is linked to restricted or banned users.

Required information is missing.

We are required to comply with legal, regulatory, app store or payment processor requirements.

13.5 Seizure, withholding and forfeiture of funds

To protect Magency, users and the public, we reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to freeze, withhold, cancel, reverse, offset or forfeit coins, gifts, tips, creator earnings, wallet balances or withdrawal amounts where we reasonably believe they are connected to:

Illegal activity.

Fraud.

Scams.

Money laundering.

Terrorism.

Sexual exploitation.

Child exploitation.

Chargeback abuse.

Platform manipulation.

Breach of these Terms.

Harm to users.

Misuse of Magency.

We may also provide relevant information to law enforcement or other authorities.

14. Refunds and purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may be subject to Apple’s or Google’s payment and refund rules.

Where purchases are handled by a third-party payment provider, that provider’s payment terms may also apply.

Except where required by law or applicable app store rules:

Coin purchases may be non-refundable.

Gifts and tips may be non-refundable once sent.

Subscriptions may continue until cancelled.

Paid access may be non-refundable after access is granted.

We may refuse refunds where we suspect abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through the relevant app store or payment method where applicable.

15. Taxes

Creators are responsible for understanding and paying any taxes, duties, charges, reporting obligations or other liabilities arising from their earnings or use of Magency.

We may request tax information where required. We may withhold payments if required by law or if necessary for compliance.

Nothing in Magency should be treated as tax, legal, financial or accounting advice.

16. Safety tools, blocking and reporting

Magency may provide safety tools such as reporting, blocking, privacy settings, message filters, group controls, content moderation, account restrictions or other safety features.

You must not abuse these tools.

Blocking or reporting a user does not guarantee that all risks will be removed immediately, but we will take reasonable action based on the nature of the report, available evidence, legal requirements and platform safety needs.

If you believe there is an immediate danger to life, physical safety or a child, contact the police or emergency services immediately. Magency is not an emergency service.

17. Privacy

Your use of Magency is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information.

Because Magency includes live streaming, public groups, private groups, messages, wallet activity and safety investigations, our Privacy Policy should be read carefully.

By using Magency, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Intellectual property owned by Magency

All rights in Magency, including the app, website, software, design, branding, logo, name, features, text, graphics, icons, systems, code, databases, layout, user interface, and platform technology belong to GALAXYWAY AI LTD or its licensors.

You must not:

Copy Magency.

Reproduce Magency branding without permission.

Use our name or logo in a misleading way.

Reverse engineer the app.

Access the Service to build a competing product.

Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

Use Magency’s intellectual property without written permission.

19. Third-party services

Magency may use or link to third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, hosting providers, live streaming providers, analytics providers, support tools, websites or external services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, actions or failures.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

20. App stores

If you download Magency from Apple App Store or Google Play, you may also be subject to the terms and rules of that app store.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store rules, the app store rules may apply to your purchase, subscription, refund or download rights to the extent required by that app store.

Apple and Google are not responsible for User Content, groups, live sessions, wallet activity, disputes between users, creator earnings, or your conduct on Magency.

21. Availability and changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, restrict, update, remove or discontinue any part of Magency at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will always be available.

The Service will be uninterrupted.

The Service will be error-free.

All features will remain available.

Public groups will always be visible.

Live sessions will always work without interruption.

Wallet features will always be available.

Creator income will always be available.

A particular user, group, creator or live session will remain on the Service.

We may perform maintenance, updates, security fixes, moderation actions or emergency restrictions at any time.

22. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using Magency at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe:

You breached these Terms.

You broke the law.

You created risk for users, Magency or the public.

You used the Service for illegal or harmful activity.

You used the Service for scams or fraud.

You misused wallet or withdrawal features.

You shared prohibited content.

You created fake accounts.

You evaded restrictions.

You harmed the reputation, safety or integrity of Magency.

After suspension or termination:

You may lose access to your account.

You may lose access to groups.

You may lose access to content.

You may lose access to messages.

You may lose access to wallet features.

Pending withdrawals may be delayed, reviewed, cancelled or withheld where permitted by law.

We may retain information where necessary for legal, safety, fraud prevention, enforcement or compliance reasons.

23. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting:

Deleting your account may remove or restrict access to your profile and certain account features. However, we may retain information where necessary for:

Legal compliance.

Fraud prevention.

Safety investigations.

Law enforcement.

Payment records.

Tax or accounting records.

Dispute resolution.

Enforcement of these Terms.

Protection of Magency, users or the public.

Some content may remain visible if it has been shared with others, included in group activity, preserved for safety reasons, or retained as required by law.

24. Disputes between users

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Magency is not responsible for:

What users say or do.

User promises.

User disputes.

Creator promises outside the app.

Offline meetings.

External transactions.

Private arrangements.

Losses caused by another user.

Content posted by another user.

We may assist with reports and enforcement where appropriate, but we are not required to mediate disputes.

You should be careful when interacting with strangers online. Do not share sensitive personal information, financial information, private images, identification documents, addresses or payment details with users you do not trust.

25. No professional advice

Content on Magency may include opinions, discussions, coaching, teaching, community advice, creator advice or user claims.

Magency does not verify or endorse such content.

Nothing on Magency should be treated as legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, psychological, professional or emergency advice.

You rely on user content at your own risk.

26. Disclaimers

Magency is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees that:

The Service will meet your expectations.

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

User Content will be accurate, lawful or safe.

Users will behave honestly or lawfully.

Groups will be moderated perfectly.

Live sessions will be available or recorded.

Wallet or monetisation features will always be available.

Creator income will be earned or paid in any particular amount.

Reports will result in a specific action.

The Service will be free from harmful, offensive or illegal content.

We do not guarantee that we can prevent all illegal, harmful or abusive activity. Users are responsible for their own conduct, content and interactions.

27. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, GALAXYWAY AI LTD, Magency, our directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners and service providers will not be liable for:

Loss of profits.

Loss of income.

Loss of revenue.

Loss of business.

Loss of opportunity.

Loss of goodwill.

Loss of data.

Loss of content.

Loss caused by users.

Loss caused by illegal activity of users.

Loss caused by scams or fraud by users.

Loss caused by unauthorised account access.

Indirect or consequential loss.

Live streaming interruptions.

Payment delays.

Withdrawal delays or refusals.

App store or payment provider actions.

Moderation decisions.

Removal of content or groups.

Suspension or termination of accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of:

The amount you paid directly to Magency for the Service in the three months before the claim arose, or

£50.

28. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GALAXYWAY AI LTD, Magency, our directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees or demands arising from or related to:

Your use of Magency.

Your User Content.

Your breach of these Terms.

Your breach of law.

When contacting us, please include your username, email address, group name, live session name, screenshots, dates, transaction information and a clear explanation where relevant.

30. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make changes, we may notify you by updating the “Last updated” date, posting a notice, sending an email, displaying an in-app notice, or using another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Magency after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Magency.

31. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Magency exists to help people build communities, go live, connect, share updates, and support creators.

It must not be used for illegal, exploitative, abusive, fraudulent, sexual, harmful, underage-related or unsafe activity.

If you see something suspicious, harmful or illegal, you must report it.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, freeze or withhold funds, report users to the appropriate authorities, and take any action necessary to protect Magency, our users, our company, and the public.
